Ms. Cutter is a civil litigator with significant trial experience. She practices both in federal and state courts. She has deposed hundreds of witnesses, including cross-examining and presenting expert witnesses. She has experience managing an active four hundred case docket, supervising the work of eight attorneys and paralegals.

Throughout her practice, Ms. Cutter has defended her clients in toxic tort litigation. Those cases have involved allegations of exposure to various substances including benzene, hydrogen sulfide, lead, asbestos and silica, in addition to non-specific “chemical soup” cases. She has also handled a variety of other types of personal injury cases, including medical malpractice and industrial accident cases.

Ms. Cutter also has experience in defending class action litigation.

Ms. Cutter has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, handling a variety of cases including breach of contract, consumer protection, oil and gas, commercial fraud, landlord/tenant disputes, first-party insurance disputes, securities litigation, patent cases, and immigration rights cases.

Ms. Cutter is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. She was named a “Texas Rising Star” in the July 2004 issue of TEXAS MONTHLY magazine. She earned her J.D. in 1994 from Baylor University School of Law, and earned her B.A. cum laude from Trinity University in 1991.

Professional Background: Following her graduation from Baylor in 1994, Ms. Cutter practiced law in the Gulf Coast region of Texas, including at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP’s Houston office. A native Tulsan, Ms. Cutter returned home in 2007 to practice in Oklahoma.
