Ms. Barlow focuses her practice on estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts, probate and administration of wills and trusts, and guardianships. Ms. Barlow’s experience also includes business entity formation, management of corporate records, debt collecting, juvenile law, and domestic relations litigation.

Ms. Barlow is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. She earned her J.D. in 1992 from Baylor University School of Law, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi. She earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1988. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Texas.
